We work hard to provide you with this service, but there are circumstances outside of our direct control (such as hardware or network failures) which may render us unable to provide the service – hence the following terms. By using OptiFacility you are agreeing to these terms.
The OptiFacility service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to its merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, and accuracy, correctness or completeness of the information provided by the service. The user is responsible for the use of the service and any loss or damage resulting from it. The accuracy and correctness of data and third-party maps is not endorsed in any way.
Privacy policy
The data and geographic coordinates that you send to the optimization service using the API are stored in memory only while the service performs optimization and only until it sends the response. OptiFacility does not store nor collect such data. Geographical coordinates are only needed to determine distances between locations.
If you want to perform optimization using the API but you still don't want to send precise information about specific locations on the map, you can reduce the accuracy of the coordinates, or arbitrarily move and rotate them – the result will be the same as long as the distances between locations do not change significantly.
